Have been inspected this evening !
Have been trying to get my foot in the door with a local interior design company ( bathrooms, kitchens and full house design). Finally I had the chance, they wanted to see one of my jobs before they would try me.
Met the director and his plumber this evening at a job so they could have a look and decide !
As a stroke of luck, took them to see curved wet room job.
I passed the test,
Foot in the door !!!
Hopefully lots of work to come !!
Best thing is that they do not want a penny in commission, they pass my name on, I do work, customer pays me direct.
all that they ask is that the customer gets a good job done !
No problem !

Got to keep trying.
As you know, nowadays it is your contacts who will keep you in work.
No-one can afford to sit back and think the work will keep coming to them forever.
Felt very strange, like my first job interview.
