    Default Tiling onto concrete

    Hi all,

    Tiling a hallway monday. Do i need to put anything on the concrete before hand ?

    Bit of a vague question that Marc. Are you talking primer or something? Does it need levelling. Give us some more detail mate so we can answer better.

    Hi mate, depends how level the concrete is. I would probably give it a good sweep acrylic prime to seal and then self leveling compound. Cheers Mick

    no primer needed marc, is there under floor heating? if so you'll need to use a flexible adhesive.
