Default Domestic Rotary Floor Scrubber/ Floor Polisher

I have roughly 40mtrs of ceramic floor tiles and 30mtrs of oak

Would anyone be so kind to recommend a domestic scrubber / polisher

I have had a browse around but unsure what would be small enough for me? or what would do both jobs? if there is anything that would?

    Many Thanks

    Matt

PS, I have seen some of the prices so cheaper the better ;-)

I use a bosch 150mm random orbital sander, for cleaning tiles it has a felt buffing cleaning pad that attatches with a type of velcro, and obviously you could use it on your timber. I think mine cost about £120 two years ago
