3.5 m2 kitchen price
hi all,
i know we rarely talk about prices on here, but just wondering what your thoughts are on this little situation?
Doing my girlfriends grans kitchen-only 3.5 m2. striping off existing vynil and putting down ply. I thought id say £200 plus the cost of materials (approx £50)
Not sure if it makes much difference but im based just outside glasgow.
Let me know your thoughts,or PM me if uncomfortable talking about prices publicly
cheers

Re: 3.5 m2 kitchen price
same as medlar £150 sounds more reasonable for future family bound to have some addy left over from previous work!

Re: 3.5 m2 kitchen price
It's up to you at the end of the day. I would say £150 or there abouts. Materials aren't going to be a huge amount for a job like that, you can use virtually anything on kitchen splashbacks

funny thing families, I'm one of six kids (2nd youngest) and you know, they only ring or call round when they want a job doing!! But if I want a babysitter they're all very sorry but they have something on! I charge now! not quite full whack, but what i would earn in a day minus the tax!

Re: 3.5 m2 kitchen price
£150 for me unless very close family, you still have to pay the bills.

Not sure if Im reading your post correctly Dave R... you saying 2 to 3 days to do the job ?
Personally, if it was me, I'd do the job materials only, and get it done over 2 evenings.

Re: 3.5 m2 kitchen price
I'd do it as Saturday job, it's only a days work.
Charge for materials and pray for a ** (from girlfriend not Gran - LOL)
