| Decent Floor Tile Adhesive for Wooden Floors | | Just wondered what the score is these days with you professionals and DIYers who have the need to tile in a TONGUE AND GROOVE floorboards situation.
Is it ... - Fastflex (or similar) directly on the T&G
- Ply then Single Part Flex
- Some other method

| Re: Decent Floor Tile Adhesive for Wooden Floors | | So there's me and you for sticking directly to the boards and two others for plywood overlay. Nice, I think there's still some room in the market for an easier/more trusted brand that can stick directly to solid tongue and groove floor boards. Fastflex and the Larsen's gear (which I saw promoted at launch at Expotile 2002? I think it was) is still yet to be rivalled by a brand that requires only as much work as a cement based adhesive found in a bag, the one we use daily and trust. | |
