Re: time sheet
As long as you do a good job...don't worry about speed when you first start out...

Re: time sheet
Your first few will seem to take forever, but the speed will soon come, the quailty is the most important thing, if its not up to scratch you wont be getting any more jobs to build your speed on. If your not sure about how much to charge give a m2 price or a price for the total job and take your time. Switch to day rate when you have a better idea of your own personal speed.

Re: time sheet
everything takes ages when you first start out charge a sound rate for the whole job take your time even if you think you may lose out remember it only takes one bad job and your rep is damaged before you even started

Re: time sheet
Im with the rest of the guys, it takes as long as it takes to do a good job. Also no job is the same, preping the walls/floor etc, different sized tiles, types of trim, patterns, borders etc.
To put a ballpark on a newbie id leave a week for a bathroom, but hope to be finished in 4 days, and a day or two for a splashback depending on the size. Hope that helps a little.
