    Default Travertine edges

    Hi Chaps
Just want a bit of advise regarding some Trav . I am starting a big trav job soon and was planning on butt joining and rubbing down the sharp edges with a montolit rubbing set then filling the side of the trav with Bal ivory grout and then polishing up . I'm just not sure of the best way to polish this stuff any surgestions welcome . I did see there is already a page on edging natural stone but for some reason I can't seem to open it . I was going to do a part mitre joint but the customer wants them butted .
    Many thanks Steve

Hi, I use an orbital sander and go through 3 grades of grit, it does not take long. grit grades I use are 80,120 and 240. This always give a good finish.
