How do i prepare, sealant,primer ect, to tile 300x 300 ceramics on WPB/EXT plywood in a small bathroom with a shower. And do i apply it on both sides as the builders haven't put it up yet. cheers all.

acrylic primer on back and sides only. no need to prime the face side, then spf adh

The procedures you need to follow are dictated by the adhesive manufacturer. BAL state to seal back and sides with BAL Bond SBR and NOT to prime the tiling face. Ardex however, say to seal back and sides with Polyurethane Varnish and prime the tiling face with P51 primer.
Check with your chosen adhesive manufacturer before you continue.

Seal the back and edges but refer to the adhesive manufacturers as many of the don't recommend to seal the face and you would have to use a raid set :Pete

bal single part flexible is really good but expensive. mapei keraflex is good too

the ply is going on battens on 3 walls and the other wall is bonding plaster.

Ply is not the ideal substrate for tiling on bathroom walls it is affected too much by humidity. Much better to use plasterboard and tanking membrane, or cement based backer board. Bonding plaster is also not suitable to tile straight onto.
