600x150 and 600x245 porcelain diagonally on a floor.
On the drawing the supplyer has given me shows 2 rows of the 150s then 1row of the 245s and so on ,between the two rows of the 150s they stagger 4'' and and the 250s 5''. I hope this makes sense ,i'm sorry i can't show photos of this , It's kind of a double wammi and very slow.
The builder i normally work for is normally sweet with money ,i just dont want to rip the ass out of it , at the same time i feel i deserve a decent turn......it took 2 tilers 2 days and a labourer 1 day.
Normally i charge him £12 per sq m straightforward
    £16 diagonal

no wonder your builder is sweet with the cash mate, you're way to cheap, by a long way! not sure wether i'm allowed to give a price as to what I think it should be (in this section) but maybe you should hit your builder for day rate rather than metreage 'cos your price is very low,
    good luck

The "pricing bit" is in the pro's section which you don't have access to yet. You will need to prove you are a regular contributor with a few more posts first before you will be granted access.

We do this to keep pricing issues out of the gaze of the general public.
