    Thumbs up Cutting Travertine

    Right then!

after taking note of lots of useful advice on here I have got the tiles, Warmup UFH, Impey tray, shower screen, mixer, grout, adhesive and tanking kit and I've even got some time off next week to get cracking.

I am sure I will have lots of questions of the experts on here as I go along but for starters can anyone advise the best way for a DIY tiler to cut travertine?

Don't want to spend too much as it will be a one off job but want a decent finish esp for the envelope tiles on the former.

I am guessing some sort of wet cutter or stone wheel in an angle grinder but any advice would be appreciated, spent a lot on the tiles so want to get it right

    Thanks Rich.
