grout lines for wavy tiles in the
Tiling Forum at TilersForums;
I will be grouting 330x300 wavy edge tiles.
What spacing should I use?.
I use 5mm spacers for straight edge tiles.... -

I've used rope for wavey tiles, the blue nylon stuff, you can split the braids down to more or less required thickness, gotta watch your vertical joints tho' and a bit of care is needed extracting it.

Space them by eye......much easier....work in grids to keep them in line.....
they can look better with a wider joint....make sure you use a wide joint grout suitable for your grout joint width...

Im with Dave here, tile by eye. I might use a 5mm spacer for the first tile or two to use as a bit of a guide, then go by eye.

Im with Dave on this one also.In addition use an adhesive with good grip to eradicate slipping.

id do it by eye also,,done a few kitchen splashes with wavey tiles and spacers just are no good.

I agree that uniform spacers are no good, I find that the old rope trick compresses where spacers don't so you get a random effect, but then again I'm having a bad night!!

done them by eye with 3mm spacers used as a wedge to hold them there

did our kitchen and one for a customer last month by eye and just used a spirit level to check vertical and horizontal lines all ok. As Dave says, work in grids / small sections

Me eye too never use spacers only on big tiles to stop slipping then take em out......... when i was in germany if they saw you with them SACKABLE OFFENCE
