I think natural stone, as a few guys on here struggle with this subject.![]()
Yea, I agree with Enduro as I am still a newbie and have only dealt with ceramic so far, anything to do with natural products would be a help !

Some thread tagged with 'stone' here and a google search on our forum gives us this on stone.
Though noted, and I will get some more stone discussion going.

Stone comes naturally to me and I can answer them off the bat no hesitation, if you guys want me to write walk throughs on any stone just say and I will get it done....................
Wet rooms are slightly different as the install depends on the circumstances so there are never 2 the same and so they rely on questions to an extent. The new wetdecs site will have how to areas for instruction on it as well as other points of interest re wet rooms in general.
I am quite prepared to discuss the merrits of any system, the difficulty is wetdecs spent months drilling down to find the best systems for tilers that offered good value and ease so these are the ones we prefer to lead with, saying that we also know why we chose them over others.
You only need ask..................![]()

SO!! tony would a natural stone sub-forum be GOOD for you..?..

I've got a couple of trav floors for customers that want "restoring". I've asked a few tentative questions to Kev (Tiling Logistics) and Gary (Highlander) but I'm still unclear on a few points, so discussion threads would be of assistance to me.
Bring it on m8.........
Some say and some know I can be blunt but I believe in the job being done correctly and there is always a lot at stake with stone.............
On saying that there is nothing I like better than to help / encourage other guys become good stone fixers and let then see how it carries a different kind of pride to general tiling..
Mick will keep me straight anyway![]()

It's items like this Stone Suitability that can confuse if you don't understand why![]()
"Experience is simply the name we give our mistakes"
How about a sort of closed post stiky forum where the good guidence posts on main subjects (can be requested) and be moved........bit like a wiki resource if you like
You think ??
