Default Bridge cutter on ebay

Theres a bridge cutter on ebay if anyones interested granite,marble, tile, wet cutting saw on eBay, also Tiling Ceramic, Flooring, DIY Materials, Home Garden (end time 18-Oct-08 15:00:45 BST)

It's a Karl Dahm D2 in disguise, Different colour and name. This thing has 12 ball bearings in the running system which holds the motor, 1.8kw Thats some motor. Built in Germany and it looks solid.

Very unusual must have been made for the export market because the Germans are'nt allowed 110V legally.

If you get 110v kev the price hike is about £50 from Karl dahm, Are they just on 240v then

They find it difficult to get 110V tools. They are limited because of safety measures in Germany 220V-230V mainly. Their plugs normally have no earth, they tend to use 3 Phase in the main for bigger stuff

What I meant Branty was that do the germans only work in 240v in their own country or do they use 110v as well on site

I stand corrected then!!! They must have changed the rules in Germany then recently! They were never allowed 110V Tools at one time. Only for Export!

i went on a DTI seminar last year about this very subject (the standardization of power tools throughout out the European Union its due to come in in 2012 the standard will be 110v
