Large tip
Alrighty all,
I know there was a post a while ago about this but I had to restart it after today.
I finished a bathroom, top spec, marble 10 x 10 diamond set floor in white/balck chesboard effect, with ceramic wall tiles with border cut to a round window. All rad pipes cuts etc where drilled with no bits set in. Real high level finish. I priced it well for over here in Northern Ireland as i put 3 coats of sealer on the floor, 2 pre and one post tiling. Well blow me the customer, who regularly commented on progress through the job and any bits they did or didnt like, gave me a 150 quid tip. I couldnt believe it, made my day!

Re: Large tip
Thanks lads, its abit out of the way and the plumber is due tomorrow morning to finish off his work then the joiner has to hand make wide architraves and window frames (its a victorian house) and router them over my tiles. So i will be going back in about a week when im doing another job over that way to get some photos of the finished job! I will post them then so sit tight.

Re: Large tip
That is a huge tip!
I often get the odd £20 or so. One client insisted on paying me an extra £50, as I had done exactly as he wanted.....
But that is a whopper!
