Re: ran out of marble tiles
think every manufacturer in the world makes at least one tile called carrara. lol, so not an easy thing to track down. Can you not find out from wherever the other tiles came from?

Re: ran out of marble tiles
If the room isn't linked you could by the same size tile as close as possible in colour then use an enhancing sealer to alter either of the colours or hone one slightly to alter it
Just a thought

The room is linked by double doors to my main lounge and to the hallway. Both have the same tile running through.

So could they not tell you where they got them from...you might be able to get them direct..

Re: ran out of marble tiles
if its natural stone, then these normally only come about 38 metres on a pallet. See if the supplier would get u a full pallet down, its no hassle to them if they import anyway. then just chuck the remainder on ebay. u lose a bit of dollar but at least it gets done. If i discontinue a tile and a customer still wants it i'd have no problems in getting a pallet down, for a supplier its no harder to import than it is to pick up a pallet from the uk.
