    My good quality diamond blade(200mm) has cut 3000 ceramic tiles (300mm cuts) and its still like new. Thats nearly a Kilometre

    Mapei fibre plan is the latest new thing i have discovered......it is a fibre enhanced SLC and suitable for timber floors and timber with UFH...

    I cut them into borders so I do all 3000 tiles in one go. Then I decorate and fire them. I just need to find a use for the slurry that's created. Maybe I could make a toothe paste or face cream from it.

    I know I will suceed when I startup....

    This forum..after eight years of tiling I'm looking new tips and finding out about tools/blades/etc, that I never knew existed.
