    Default Food Preparation Areas

    Evening all! I've got to go and look at a fllor tiling job tomorrow for a fast food chain. The tiling is in the food prep. area. Is there anything I need to know with regards to what kind of grout I need to use or anything like that?
    I'd be grateful for any advice guys.

    Can you elaborate on...food prep area ? generally Epoxy resin is required for the license to be granted....Gaz

    It's a burger joint, undrer the fryers. That's all I know so far. Who's responsibility is 'the license'?

    The burger place owner will have a license to trade..if it breaches hygiene standards his operating license can be revoked...
