Default Food Preparation Areas

Evening all! I've got to go and look at a fllor tiling job tomorrow for a fast food chain. The tiling is in the food prep. area. Is there anything I need to know with regards to what kind of grout I need to use or anything like that?
I'd be grateful for any advice guys.

The burger place owner will have a license to trade..if it breaches hygiene standards his operating license can be revoked...
