Hello joe and welcome to tilers forums.......
Can you give us some more info.....what boards have you laid....which adhesive and grout have you got and what tiles are you fixing ..?

Re: advice required
Hi Joe Usually take about an hour dependent on conditions. What 'wood' have you used to level the floor with? 12 mm ply would be a good answer.

Re: advice required
going by the tile salesmans advice he gave us "Exel bond" flexable rapid set wall & tile adhesive, "Exel bond"professional tilers primer and Exel bond hygenic flexi limestone grout.
The floorboard stuff we laid was 6mm ply (on advice) so i hope that it is ok
thanks again

Joe,
Your plywood should be a bare minimum of 15mm for standard cement based flexible adhesive. You could overboard again with 9mm ply screwed at 30mm centres and then you should be OK, provided that the floor is stable and solid.......Gaz
