    Hi guys just won a big contract to tile Lidl's floor in Lanarkshire. Anyone want a gig pay £13 per hour

    I feel you are asking for trouble offering an hourly rate. Much better to offer a M2 rate that way the fixers have an incentive to work and not sit around all day.

    i agree hourly rate does not work because when they have been on the beer allnight they dont do any thing the next dat if you pay m2 if they dont do anything they dont earn anything and you dont loose money

    Thats what some firms pay when they advertise for tilers, Sometimes it may vary but £13 hour is the bog standard
