Really impossible to say mate, don't know your speed, room layout etc etc. Have a good look yourself mate and estimate how long you do think it would take you, take things into account such as cuts etc. May well be worth charging on a day rate if it is going to have lots of fiddly bits. You could probably do the job on your own but a labourer would be nice to do the cutting and mixing.

I will give you a couple of ballpark answers. 20 quid a m for me whatever, i presume its all floors though? Id be looking at a week max, more like 20-40 m a day with a helper. How long do you have to do it?

I'd love to see one of these 40sqm to 50sqm a day guys do a time lapse video of their day.
I can imagine in certain circumstances, you can get a large area done in a day (I think my record on my own was 30), but saying it as if its an everyday occurrence, I'm not so sure.

    1 pound = $1.93 Canadian
    1 M2 = 10.764 ft 2
    40 pounds / M2 = $7/ ft2
    25 pounds / M2 = $4.48/ ft2

$10 to $15/ square foot for travertine, marble or granite
    More if diagonal
    $5 to $7.50 for porcelain
size of tile and layout vary the price, the bigger the tile the higher the labor rate, diagonal add $1 to $2 dollars.
If you work through a store the prices will be lower and commercial rates are lower still.

Its not an everyday occurrence. however if you are tiling a large floor, ie over 100m2 then i price it way lower per m2 than a small 5m2 floor.
It takes me the same time to get may tools out and pack them away for both jobs but on large jobs i can mix more addy in one go, relatively speaking i have less cuts (saving time). So for large jobs its easier to make good money from lower m2 prices. Infact i often make more per day on large jobs than small bathrooms at 30 quid a m where im maybe getting 10m2 per day on.

So the price i charge per m is relative to the job in hand, its not meant to offend anyone its just business.

If the appliances are in and I have to move them it will take me a day. If the appliances are out then four hours is a realistic time. This is not bull or biggin myself up it is just what I do and if you are not how are you making any money.

I was talking about a floor not walls that is why I said with the appliances out. But a 7m kitchen walls in 100 by 100 with window, sockets, grouting, polished of and silicone. Don in a day. Do you want salt and vinegar on your sombrero?

Some times when I am tiling small floors that have lots of appliances I tile the mean floor first let it dry and then move the appliances out and then tile underneath them it is the drying time that slows me down not moving the appliances.
