Hi All.
I'm presently retiling my kitchen with glass 25mmx25mm glass mosaics and having trouble cutting them i have a small plasplug electric cutter(wet with a diamond cutting wheel) which ... -

try feeding them through nice and slowly without any pressure? plasplugs sell a glass cutting disc, might be worth a try?

You could try swapping your cutting blade for a blade suitable for fully vitrified materials....rubi do a blade called a CVG and especially designed for cutting glass tiles.........
If the wrong type of blade is used you will get the finish you are getting....if they are thin glass mosaics then the cutters pjtiler mentioned will be fine but if they are thicker then an electric cutter with the correct type of blade is needed......

try cutting them backside up and feed them to the cutter slowly should have the rough side on the back then

masking tape on the face and cut tother way up

I try and cut mosaics on the sheet, Place the sheet on the dry cutter line it up so it's square and score and snap even works on the thick buggers
