Default Removal of scratchs on travertine

I layed some travertine tiles for a customer and the plumber has scratched them installing the toilet. I have tried to remove the scratches with colour inharncer but they come back. I don't want to remove the tiles because the toilet is sitting on them. I would be grateful if some can suggest any way to remove the scratches. Thanks Darrell.

If the scratches are deep the trav might need a light hone and re-seal a 1500 grit pad would be a good start although kev (Tilinglogistics) will no doubt have a better solution as he does it for a crust.

Get a stone set for the Fein from Dave at trade tiler. Try a 400 grit then move down the grits if that doesn't work then back up the grits to finish off. Its not a perfect solution but the best one available to you without buying a hand machine. Someone did it on here recently and got brill results on travertine. Practice on an offcut FIRST
