    Default Big Floor

Hi y'all - back after unintentional break !!!

Broken wrist after being knocked off my Suzuki in Poland while touring Eastern Europe. And yes it was a woman driver.

After a period of recovery I am back tiling but was landed today with a job that makes me look for advice.

One of my regular customers has asked me to quote on a flooring job which totals approx 62 sq mtrs. Comprising hallway, v. large kitchen, laundry room and storage area. It's on an newly extended detached house and all surface are flat and level and porcelain tiles are to be used.

Whilst I am confident with setting out and tiling reasonable areas, I just want to ask the forum if there are there any other considerations I should take into account when dealing with such a large continuous area?

and also see if you can set out off the hallway a job can gain that little bit extra if you can plant a nice full tile in the middle of the hallway and have an even cut each side.
