What tools to get???
Hi All. Looking for a bit of DIY help. We are self-building and about to embark on our first tiling job of many for which we need to get the right tools. I have just ordered a set of diamond drills from 365 which are recommended everywhere on this site, but now need to get a good cutter which will enable us to cut wall and floor tiles accurately. Could anyone recommend something???
Thanks, Sarah

Re: What tools to get???
If its only a small project and you dont want to spend a fortune on cutters then try the small plasplugs cutter from b AND Q ITS AROUND £30 and will do the job you need it for.
If you are looking for a cheap rail cutter then you could get the rubi pocket for £25 or the Montolit cutter for the same price.

Re: What tools to get???
Have you thought about hiring the big tools like wet cutters, if you have a tool hire shop near you it might be the answer......
SPEED MEANS NOTHING WITHOUT QUALITY....

Re: What tools to get???
Not thought about getting a tiler in Sarah?
By the time you purchase everything you need, tile cutters, trowels, sponges, grout float etc etc may find the cost is more or less similar to hiring a pro tiler.
