Default underfloor heating marble crack problem

Hi, I just installed my marble floor with a underfloor heating cable, one of them is not well placed, and today in the morning it got a small hole in the middle, like something hit it. I have a question, I want to change the marble tiles that are damage but I don't know if I am going to damage the heating cable.

Has somebody have experience with this?????
