Default Laying ceramic onto vynal floor

Hi all only me again in need of some advice. I am laying 330mm x 330mm ceramic tiles onto a vynal floor and want to now the best way to lay them. E.G. what is the best and cheapest adhiesive to use and do I need to do any thing with the old vynal tiles before I cover them

So they are vinyl tiles and not sheeting ye!!?..

if its old vinyl tiles i used bal sbr bond and primed onto them after washing them with sugar soap and letting dry 1st ,,
