    Default Kitchen Floor

    Hi chaps just been to look at a job this morning ,kitchen floor leading into utility room and under stairs cupboard about 20m/2 in total onto concrete floor in good condition, customer is supplying tiles,300mm ceramic ,chessboard pattern, any ideas about price to charge, I was thinking of around £25m/2 including mats.

    Exactly what I got quoted when my old mans house's kitchen needed doing.

    Did it myself in the end.

    Personnaly I would charge a bit more than £500. after tax, matts and fuel you will only make about £320. That job could mabe take 3 days depending how quick you are.

    I would charge more, Crawling around in a cupboard will be a pain and who,s shifting the machines in the utility
