try using HG dirt, wax and grime remover(you can use a scrubbing brush to clean them). Then seal the tiles with HG IMPREGNATOR ,this will do the job.

You a low speed electric scrubbing machine with a white pad, a wet vac and some nanoscrub, follow instruction on nanoscrub and scub floor and clean up dirty water etc with wet vac and the wash the floor with clean water. You can hire these machines from your local hire company.

depends if you hire a machine or scrub yourself but a day rate at least plus the cleaning solution and the sealer.HG cleaner can be used in scrubbing machines but just check with the hire company first.
