Default Border tile, trim anyone?

Shower room with a tile that has a curved border tile built in, any ideas on window frame, don't reckon the tile trim will cover the bulge, only option I thought was to mitre them all the way around the window.

I would normally mitre the border tile only, then cut tile trim to either end.

The border is part of the tile though, as in the same size as the wall tiles, I can't mitre just one tile, or do you mean mitre only the border section of the tile? Wouldn't this look odd?
