Re: bill of quantities
I'm guessing they want a bill for the qty of products / tiles you propose to use on the said jobs. If they've shown you the rooms or plans or whatever then see if you can work the square meters required for the tiles, and then do some figures for adhesives too.

Re: bill of quantities
measure length and breadth and multiply...ie L5mxW4m=Area 20m2
I'm assuming that is what you mean..

Re: bill of quantities
A bill of quantities can be very vague and can often contain information not relevant to your trade. Take a shot at applying a rate per square metre after each item and submit that. You will probably find that they will come back to you with more specific details later.

Re: bill of quantities
Hi
Best way is always pick up the phone and request more detailed information regarding the tiling package and you should end up with actually discussing the project direct with the person ( not a one headed monster.. MMM sometimes ) who can help with actual requirements.
This contact and extra information will prove invaluble in the long run, just don't be affraid to ask the questions and put that little bit extra effort in.
hope it works out.
