As most of us it seems have had a bad experience or 2 with Tile Stores across the UK, maybe you could share the information of its name & location here so we know where not to go, and maybe a little description of the 'incident'.....

Very bad place is BLUEWATER BATHROOMS BISHOPBRIGGS GLASGOW got 16m2 and all were shaded!
