Had a good day
Evening all
As some of you know on this forum ive had a hard time, like a few others trying to get started in this game and escaping from the rat race.
One of those classic catch 22 situations. cant quit job because of money and cant tile because of job
Anyway i got intouch with an old mate of mine who is a tiler, him and his dad know alot of builders and today i had a ride out with him to indroduce me to a few builders while he was collecting his monies.
Good news because i work only part time at the royal mail so any jobs that he has he can give to me when i have days off and in the afternoons,
at the end of the month i have a weeks hoiday so if i can pick up a job that week i can make that dicision to put my notice in when i get back to work.
Ill stil advertise for myself because you cant rely on one person even though he is kind enough to hopefully give me plenty of work
Missed my slot for the local rag this week
Heres me rambling on with myself but im hoping things are gonna change and i start getting my energy levels and my bank balance back up because its hard and sometimes you need a bit of luck .......TOUCH WOOD

Re: Had a good day
All you can do tys is give it your best shot and if at the end of the day it dos'nt work out for you can look back and say I tried. Best of luck and onwards and upwards
