Hi,
I have just finished a Travertine floor and used Mapei keraquick which was excellent and quite cheap £17 for a 20kg bag.

White spf or rapidset flexy of one sort or another. Rapid set would be better because the moisture has less time to penetrate the stone. Ardex do various "water lock" adhesives to help avoid the problem.

Hello.
You can get a product from CTD called Weber SPF Rapid. This cost £35.75+vat this is only showing in stock in some branches.
You can get Bal Rapid Set adhesive for £28.75+vat this is avaliable in most CTD branches.
Hope this helps.
People on here rate Bal i don't know how they rate the Weber products??

Re: Advice on fixing Limestone tiles.
Can I also use Bal Rapid Set for the floor as well. Sorry some more questions. Would I use a solid bed or what size groove would I use and any thoughts on grout. How many square metres would I get from a 20kg bag ?.
Thanks again

You would need Flexy rapidset for the floor. Always aim for a solid bed fixing on floors. I use a half round notch and you will probably get about 4m2 from a bag. You may want to consider Ardex-flex 7001 in white for the floor, it goes further as it is mixed quite thin and you can use a smaller trowel, an 8mm notch is fine for your tiles. Ardex would be my choice.
