    is it worth joining the guild, are there any advantages to being a member?

    I think it might have been a few years back but not now.....they offer no real benefits that i can see....The TTA offers more for your money but still they don't cater for the independent tile fixer enough....one day i think there will be such an organisation that will be soley for fixers and look after them and do more for them....

    Belonged several years ago. No advantage whatsoever. On one occasion they totally offered no help or assistance to resolve the problem. IMO a total watse of money

    You would probably do better joining the Federation of Small Businesses, they save us a lot of money of money on Insurances - good for networking too, as most members are small to medium sized business owners. Free legal helpline may come in handy too. FSB - Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) - Britain's Largest Business Support Organisation
