Just to add my two pence worth, your "home maintenance" man is just that! I wouldn't trust him to change a light bulb in my house. I can see nothing in your pictures that he has done right, even the window I dare say hasn't been done correctly as the cuts around it are basically slivers, can't see the top though so maybe that is actually how it worked out, though he was lucky he didn't break them so I suppose he did well there!

You need to bite the bullet, get it all ripped out and done again properly, even the plastering would appear (to be polite) below standard!

What's his name, can we name and shame him and put him in our rogues' gallery?

My god.........words fail me, for once.

That looks like it has been a very very bad DIY job..............20 years ago.

In my opinion..........(and I like slagging BnQ) you can't really blame them. Once up, ya stuffed...........several boxes should have been opened and used.

As mentioned..............stop now and rip out and start again.........with a Pro tiler, not some half baked "I can do that" merchant, because obviously he can't

Posted a reply to Bren yesterday about his discription of the job that the property developer did and the tiles, now ive seen photos its worse than i thought, i was blaming the tiler for not spotting shade difference and not saying anything to customer , no wonder! he was probably barrackading the door so the customer couldnt get in! I cant understand why Bren didnt stop the work after the first day !

Shocking... pics. Obviously not handy with tiles. Looks like his Labrador did the marking out and the cuts. Re BNQ there are loads of those white tiles up and down the country £3.99 pack 44, you get what you pay for. I wont touch them, if customer has reciept I tell them to take them back and buy from a real tile supplier..... You gotta rip em off and start again.
