Fast Flex Trowel
After a couple of previous threads where I was mulling over the pro's and cons of boarding out a chipboard floor I have decided to use BAL Fast flex instead.
Main problem is I can't seem to find anywhere online that sells Solid Bed Tipped Trowels, any ideas?
Also I have only got one 7.5kg bag and liquid to do a 3 sq m floor, the meterage on the bag makes me feel like I might be pushing my luck a bit, can anyone with previous experience put my mind at rest?

Re: Fast Flex Trowel
7.5 is a little on the lightside more like 9kg tbh, also if you want a tipped trowel I can send you one out if you want? Cost wise I think there around £17 but will check. Would take acouple of days mind.

Re: Fast Flex Trowel
Thanks guys,
I have double checked the meaurements and the floor is exactly 2.47 sq m, obviously rounded it up for the quote. Now that i had agreed the price with the customer i'm a bit worried that i will have to swallow the cost of another bag of fast flex. As i'm a new tiler i've not got the best trade discounts, another bag will probably wipe out any profit from the floor,
What do I do?

A tipped trowel is preferable but not essential. What are you fixing and what size?
