| Re: best way to cut hardi backer board | | i sometimes use a jigsaw, but it soon blunts the blades. they dont cut that easy with the proper cutter from topps!! its ok if you need to cut the board in half, but if you need just say 50mm off one edge, then no chance of scoring it and snapping it!!  | | |

I used to use jigsaw but it will blunt blades after two cuts.
It's a bitch to cut - no getting away from it, so score and snap, then clean up the edge with a good sharp knife. | I hear; I forget
