I like the fact that is a new angle on the Spacer but i cant see that much improvement over normal spacers. Also i dont have as much trouble as he was making out regular spacers cause.

I say bring back self-spacing h&r johnson tiles like in the 80s when we made some money.
who needs these pegs. Ive use string, spaghetti, card, bits of lino, wall plugs and a lot more. it all does the job!
However some idiot will buy them.

Perfect example of trying to find a solution to a problem that imo doesn't exist.
Also I would imagine that the cost would be quite pricey due to the size of the product and also not very cost effect when it comes to grouting, judging by the size of those joints.

Lol, my grandfather has one of those Worst croc o sheite I ever saw I mean, wtf, come on! It's large and bulky, has a weak motor, a wobbly tape, runs off batteries (six, no less), and it feels like it's going to break when you hold it. And it costs more than regular high quality measurement tapes. Sooooo utterly useless.

Well i watched 34 seconds of that and realised (what i load of).

If you get the right spacers like rubi long legged ones then theres never a problem, and also make sure you put them in instead of being cheap and trying to use them over and over again

I always remove my spacers when I use them. I never leave them in. I have had occassions where they have slipped behind a tile and kicked it out, so they always come out now.

They would be handy for laying floor tiles in a brick bonded effect.

I don't think they're good at all. Too much plastic being used making them expensive as Kenny says. I think you could find the tiler with the dodgy eyes stuggling to get them all the right way.

And he's talking rubbish about the corners, you shouldn't be relying on the spacer alone to keep the joints level from wall A to B, plus if you did find due to tile variation that you're joints seem to be creeping out of line, your standard spacer CAN sort that out for you, ad it would look pretty much like what he's done there.

I think this is one of those products that will come and go. I doesn't sound like he's got production on them yet either. And I can't even see DIY having them either, as I can't see even Wicks and Bee And Que even taking them in due to cost.

And distribtuors would just laugh at them IMO. How are they going to distribute those?

Though fair play for a guy / company believing in his gear enough to make a pretty stand like that and the logo's, images and presentation is a fine example of a good product. It's just the product isn't fine.

I think you would spend more time trying to sort out what way it is supposed to go in each time you grab one.
