A lot will depend on how long the tiles have been up. Most tile suppliers only have the same colour and shade run for a short while and then change it. It is probably the case where you have bought more and the shade has changed in the meantime. All I can think of are two things Firstly take the tiles back to the shop and ask if they or any of their stores have a different shade or a trick i have employed in the past is if the tiles will accept any sealer at all it maybe a chance that you can treat the lighter tiles with a colour enhancing sealer that will darken them slightly

You might find it is impossible to get an exact match. Tiles are usually manufactured in batches and are given a batch no. Unless you can get the exact same batch number, there will be variations in the tiles.

If the broken one is off already, take it with you to any shops you go to, that way you can check the shade before you buy.

The border is very nice mate by the way, any pics of the finished article?

Thanks for the replies. Got a broken tile in the old colour, guess I might never get a match and cant afford to replace all the wall tiles with new.

Had the bathroom floor tiled and a free standing bath put also.

My best solution is to tile all of the area behind the shower cubicle and hope it doesnt look too obvious.

Am i better doign this and drive 3 hours to get the same batch that doesnt quote match colour or go to Topps tiles and ask them to try to match the tile color and shape?

I know the manafactuer is Cotto ceramica.

    Sorry mate,

I was under the impression it was just one tile you needed to replace,

If theres quite afew then what others have said, try and make a feature out of the replacement tiles, border or something along the bottom with different tiles.
