If customer wants Dorico tile inside reveal, then fix trim and cut the tile into soldiers inside. Otherwise, silicone some plastic PVC cladding around it, prop it with timber struts until it's set....Gaz
Exactly what Gaz said.
What is with the size difference of the white field tile in the corner BTW??![]()
Was busy looking at the archway, what happened there ?

Kin hell thats rough![]()
The border on the left isn't correct either, is it?
check the grout lines....

how long have you been tiling and where did you train ?
I don't want to be too critical smasher, don't want to dent your confidence, but if it's wrong...it's wrong. We will do you no favours if we pretend it's ok, and you will learn nothing...Gaz
Maybe we should let TS reply before we totally destroy his confidence.

has to be a wind up ???![]()
well if the lad didnt have a confidence problem , then he will have now!
i am his mother

Lets go a bit easy on him guys. The guy has asked for help so lets try to be constructive. He has obviously done something wrong, and I think it may only be his second job of tiling so lets not crucify him.
Lets point him in the right direction eh!

I'm not doing any slaggin off, but I am strugglin to understand how the grout lines don't match up in the right corner, the border appears to level going into the angle but the tiles above are out...cut tile or different size..![]()

Sorry but that is mingin
Spot on, Nobodys perfect and as I keep hearing people say these days "you learn on the job" all I would say is keep at it fella but practice a little more before dealing with paying customers and do all the reasearch you can, which in all honesty is why your on here so your heading in the right direction anyway. On the bright side I've seen worse.

I think he needs to have his say,
Iirc he's finishing off work someone else started, he posted a few weeks ago about finishing off work a mate had started or something, im sure it had the same pic.
