My advert in the yellow pages has earned me 10 fold what it cost me so far this year.

I'm in Yell.com with a premium listing but not in the book. Same result as Fekin though - it's been great for me so far.

    Yes, the big yellow book.

Also on yell.com, but only the free listing.

Apologies if I have just upset your sister then Drew!! just told the sales lady who was "not selling me anything just, making me aware of new services" (!!) that I only wanted the free listing. She very bluntly (so cant have been your sister!?!) said "what, dont you want any work then? 80% of the tilers in your area have an advert, not just a one line listing".....so being bloody minded I checked...since when is 40 out of 76 people 80%??????

Did she have a Glasgow accent?

She doesnae get upset easy anyway.
With the money she makes from those who do buy from her, she accepts the ones who tell her to ********, without a second thought.
