The house must be big if they need a compass to find their way around! Very nice tiling by the way.

Looks like 2mm shims - we use them too - from Stadon.co.uk - buy online or tel orders. They do them in some TravisPerkins, but only in the multi size packs. Order direct for single size packs.

First time i've used them. Going to order 1,2,3 +5mm and will deffo use them on walls too. Seem more accurate than conventional spacers and any excess addy can be pushed out the way so it cleans the joints as it goes. They are colour coded and really easy to remove - would definately have saved me time on the splash back I did last week.

I might ive them a try myself.
Mind you. with the poor sizing of more and more tiles now, the wee red wedges seem to do the trick well.
But those would be great for Porcelanosa quality tiles.
Wat sort of price do you pay for them?

Think it works out at £100 for 5000 but don't quote me on that as I haven't bought any yet.

Stadons price is about 25 - 30£ for 200 I think of a specific size - there is min order though They will last a long time, albeit with a wash occassionaly. Give great work. Pull out very easily due to size. Walls floors. We've used them for about a decade now. Especially for stone and large format heavy tile.
check the site - prices are on their online shop.
More expensive if you go to merchants though.

    stadon.co.uk hope I get a kickback!

    Yes - good link.
Stadons are 500, not 200 for about £22.00 just to be correct. Less the more you buy. I Can confirm they are well made and accurate.
