I have looked at lots of different courses over the past few weeks and am nearing my decision as to which I will do. I have heard lots of good things about the Chase tiling course and also good things about the PTS course in Essex. I live in Manchester so if I was to do the PTS course it would make sense to do the Warrington one. Have you done the Warrington course? If so would you recommend it? I am think of doing a 4 weeker as I plan to setup working for myself. Any feedback would be appreciated! Gareth | ||||||||||

I had a tiler working for me who had done a months course there - wasn't impressed with what they had learned. In my opinion a lot of basics missing - also they seemed to use a number of diff tutors, all teaching diff methods. Trainee left being a bit confused. | ||||||||||

Thanks for the input leatherface, I need honest opinions like that as the course is going to cost nearly £2000. Anyone else have anything to say about this course, good or bad? | ||||||||||

I think I have decided to go for the Chase Tiling course, it seems everyone that has done this course is happy with what they got. | ||||||||||

As well as quality training there, you will get the chance to enrol straight onto your OSAT NVQ off the back of it. Good luck pal  | ||

Cheers guys! I don't know how you two got into tiling but if it was similar to the way I am doing it then you will know the feeling of worry at spending £1500 on a course plus getting tools and advertising etc and not know for sure if you will get a return! But, you have got to be in it to win it! | ||||||||||
