With redundancy fast approaching I am looking at retraining and embarking on a new career. I am interested in attending a tiling course, either a 4week or 6week course.Just one quick question for now, are there any grants available for attending courses of this type?Thanks

if you live or work in wales and are being made redundant the welsh assembly will pay for a course for re-training purposes..Mark.

Grants are only available to those centres that are running ACCREDITED courses, such as the City & Guilds ICA / NVQ or NOCN L1 Tiling.
We have plenty of funded students through our doors, of all ages, and we are happy to point you in the right direction to ask the question.
I must stress here - Getting funding is the responsibility of the individual, not the centre you wish to train at.

We get people that have aquired grants all the time, Try your local Business Link and ask them for direction

I know that our courses are on the Leaning skills council database so they will be funded.
