I found they answered my calls very promptly with good informative info, couldn't do enough for me actually. Shame it was me that was dragging my heels tbh.

Have you done a course there Doug?

Re: Not Happy
Call them and ask to speak to anybody, not just Phil, and I'm pretty sure you'll find whoever answers the phone will be able to provide you a good chunk of information, if not everything you need to know.
Chase Tiling Academy have been sponsors of this forum since pretty much the day we started out many years ago now. And I've never had a single bad comment made regarding them, their company or their training.
So I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and assume there is a perfectly reasonable explanation as to why they didn't manage to get back to you.
Give them a call first thing Monday morning and get back to us with your results.

I think it was enquiring about an NVQ mate, and what he'd need to do being an established tiler.

Re: Not Happy
69 posts in 3 years and now a complaint against a long term sponsor!
They didn't answer your calls!
Let me be the first and possibly the only member to thank you for bringing this totally useless bit of information to the forum for me to read.

I have a contact number for a guy in Stoke on Trent, he travels all over the UK doing the assessments. I did mine in the warehouse of my local tile supplier, it took about 3 hours if I remember right and was free because I could prove I had been trading for a certain amount of time. If you need his name and number Doug just let me know, he is a very helpful and nice guy.
