Default Primer

Hi,
Is Bal Bond priming agent the right thing to use for putting onto plywood, prior to tiling a bathroom floor?
Cheers in advance.
Vinnie.

Default Re: Primer

Any Acrylic primer is best to use on a wooden surface. Mix as per bottle instructions - normally 2:1. Make sure your plywood your are using is WBP (Water & Boil Proof).

Best Regards

Default Re: Primer

bal bond is a snythetic primer not an acrylic one...but is spot on for ply ...apply it neat to back side and edges...and ratio of 2 -1 for the face side..its not always required to prime face side of ply but i do anyway.............dave..
