    Default Bal Training - Stoke

    Hi,

    Just wanted to know if anyone had done a 5 day floor and wall tile course at Bal in Stoke as im on the course in a couple of weeks and just wanted to get an honest view

    Did the Bal course with Gareth in Bristol, was a excellent course and top tutor!
    SPEED MEANS NOTHING WITHOUT QUALITY....

    I did it some time ago mind. But it's only got better since I beleive, and it was very good then.

    Yes you're right mate. Perhaps there's an up and down side to that though hey? You learn about a good adhesive there, but just that one.

    I think at one point they even used to pay for the accomodation of those travelling far. A very good way to get their name out there and a clear winner as checkout the adhesive poll. They've obviously had quite the unique chance and taken it and it paid of, as a result we're fixing with adhesives that fix the same weight as normal adhesive using 60% less - how mad is that?!

    I say we won in the end. And I hope the prices get better, but don't we all with all good things? (cars, houses, shares even).

    The course is a good one though. I *think* they may even be able to get you involved in getting yourself NVQ qualified IF that's your preference.

    Thanks Guys - Cant wait. Glad ive booked it now, even more glad that ive found this forum because the main reason i booked Bal was due to a thread on this forum - and just heard good words about the place since.
