I'd consider doing a decent course with decent feedback found on an independent website such as this (there are some feedback sections on websites owned by the training centre's that are ever so Bias) obviously.

I'd also consider doing your NVQ. Though it's debatable still as to whether you'll be hearing customers of the domestic type asking to see them, you'll certainly not get any site-work without one, and in the eyes of some insurance firms, training centres and even accreditation governing bodies you'll find domestic kitchens are even classed as site-work. (imagine a builder doing a domestic extension - he'd say to his lads perhaps somehting like 'and they'll be delivered on-site' or 'i'll meet you at the this week's site, Mrs Jones' house' perhaps.)

welcome Scott,i know the NETT is a good course m8 as is DIAMOND TRAINING but read the feedback and make your own mind up m8.
