    just an update.

been on the course for 4 days now and the demonstrations and techniques taught by Phil has been superbs. just today i had quite a few problems on how to workout and cut diamond shaped tiles. every time i called him he was there for me.

so far i have been taught how to tile on walls and floors and mixing adhesivs.

    thanks Phil

    update

only a couple of days left to run on the course.

today we were shown a video on underfloor tile heating and had to cut and lay ceramic floor tiles in the 'bathroom' 3by2
was pretty pleased with the cuts but found it quite difficult in applying the adhesive via the trowl. need more practice on this and to sharpen up my minimal tiling skill so ive decided to come back on the 6 week course in august god willing.

    time for a brew
