Default Advice about trusting feedback

Note to those reading feedback about the training companies talked about on here; trust the members with a post count higher than 1.

Genuine feedback is usually left be a member that's already part of the forum community therefor would have an average post count, certainly not just the one. Though sometimes a past trainee will register on the forum and leave some feedback and never visit the forum again I suppose?!

Always Private Message the person who left the message too; obviously most genuine trainee's will reply as fakes usually register a new email address just to leave the feedback and can often don't check the inbox afterwards.

I'll 2nd that.

I read all the feedback for all the various training centers.
Then drop a private message to a number of the people who had left feedback on the course that sounded like it suited my needs, in my case NETT.

like Dan say's choose forum members who have left feedback on a course and who are active posters on this forum ... posted more than 10 times for example.

I got answers to questions about the training center I attended that the person answering them may not have been willing to answer or post on the forum in general for everyone to see.

Though now we have mentioned it the fakers will simply post a few questions before leaving feedback I suppose. So please always PM the member if you want more information about the course they attended.

maybe also ask more than one member about the particular course.....the more feedback you can get the better....

There was 1 particular training centre in DONCASTER which i was very tempted to leave negative feedback for as i have come across many poor folk who have paid £595 for an allegedly 5 day course and come away none the wiser. I did notice not many people left feedback on the training centre and can understand y due to the shoddy practices they operate. 1 thing which has become aparant to myself is that this particular centre in DONCASTER only 1 so not hard to realise which one operate tactics of what is often seen in the security industry by protection rackets they make you pay the full amount atleast 2 weeks prior to the course clearly stating no more than 8 to a course and when folk turn up between 13 to 15 and if you complain it falls of deaf ears the list goes on and alot of people in the yorkshire region who have been conned out of their money. I do believe 1 chap who has wrote to rouge traders about the company. very sad indeed
